how to make PCB etching machine at home. We call it as PCB Shaker machine. This is a programmable etching machine used for PCB works. Some components are used which are listed below,
1.12 V DC Geared Motor 100 RPM
2. Plastic Tub
3. Plastic Gears
4. Backlite Sheet
5. DC Jack
6. Timer Kit Tiara makes
7. Slider Wheels
8. Aluminum Channel
9. Screws

User can set the time interval with help of increment and decrement key. After time completion machine shacking stops and buzzer starts. It helps to avoid over etching of PCB.
In may electronic project we need PCB board, usually students do the etching works manually but it takes time and efforts, so instead of Manual process you can use this machine for your electronic project.
