Expression Web Layer Shift
Unselected Layers shift around when moving a selected layer, or changing layer visibility.
In the first instance I move a layer with the arrow keys and the layer above shifts left, and continues moving to the
left as I return it to its original position.
In the second instance layers shift randomly as I change the visibility of the layers.
In both cases everything is re-aligned when re-saving the associated CSS file
When the site is loaded in Explorer, Safari, Firefox it works as intended.
