In this tutorial, we make an API using NodeJS. We only use the necessary libraries, instead of huge projects, so that we can look at every step in the process and see how Node APIs are constructed. We first setup the project, and then create the server, we then handle the routing, and define the functions that handle the functionality for our API endpoints. We test the endpoints using Postman, and then we host the API on cloud servers using Heroku for free.
