Getting started writing Puppet code can be daunting when new to Puppet. This will be several sessions that will showcase how to get started using the Puppet Visual Studio Code Extension and the Puppet Development Kit to quickly set up a workstation to get started writing effective Puppet manifests quickly. Each will be short and concise walk-throughs with a 'how to do this in the real world' mindset. This session will showcase remote development. We will have presented these sessions from a Windows desktop so far, in this
the session we will show running the Puppet VSCode Extension on a target Linux computer, but developing on the Windows computer. The Windows desktop won't have any of the modules or information the Linux computer has, but still will be able to develop just like they are sitting on the Linux computer. This will showcase the ability for the Puppet VSCode Extension to allow development scenarios where the developer does not have access to the target environment on their development workstation, but is still able to work on their manifests. #PuppetizeLive
