It's not uncommon to have multiple User or Email fields in a table.
But the Notification menu only allows you to choose one field.
Unless you know this little trick! 🤓
In your Email Notification:
📫 Select "A specific list of users..."
📫 In the box that appears, type in the EXACT name of the field inside of square brackets (similar to writing a field reference in a formula)
📫 Place each field on its own row
That's it! Now you can send the same notification to every email or User field on your table.
NOTE: If the email field includes external email address you need to have the option to send emails externally enabled on your Quickbase account and set the Notification to "Open" when it is first created.
