1. Range
testfor @a[r=range]
2. Coordinates
testfor @a[x=x,y=y,z=z,r=range]
3. Standing on block
execute @p ~ ~-1 ~ testforblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:block
4. Only one coordinate
execute @a ~ ~ ~ execute @p[z,x,y=value,dx=0,dy=0,dz=0] ~ ~ ~ testfor @p
