The Problem Statement Is:
An organization is granted the block 211.17.180.0/24. The administrator wants to create 32 subnets.
QS1 Find the subnet mask
QS2 Find the number of subnets in each subnet
QS3 Find the first and last addresses of subnet 1
QS4 Find 32nd Subnet's first and last address
