In a continuation of this tutorial series (Part 1 here: • Programming for Android, Installing everyt... ) we make our first useful (marginally!) App, that takes an input in centimeters and converts it into inches. We learn some important basics such as designing a layout, wiring the layout to the code, taking values from the input fields, detecting click events and put values in text fields. We also create an Android Virtual Device (AVD) and deploy the App.
