GitHub Codespaces + Copilot: Cloud-Based AI-Assisted Python Data Analysis
In this video, we explore the future of coding by building a complete Python data analysis workflow entirely in the cloud. I’ll show you how to use GitHub Codespaces (a browser-based VS Code environment) combined with the new GitHub Copilot Free Tier to collect, analyze, and visualize data without installing anything on your local computer.
We will build a Twitter/X data collector from scratch using Copilot's Agent Mode. You’ll watch AI write the Python scripts to fetch tweets, store them in a MongoDB database, perform sentiment analysis, and even deploy a live web report to GitHub Pages.
