My first tutorial, I hope it helps. This method is somewhat automated in that you only need to adjust certain objects and the rest will follow - so its sort of 'rigged'. I tried motion tracking it but in general tracking eyes is hard since it blends in too well with shadows + it has reflections and stuff. You could track it in Nuke using the luminance channel but yeah... Hope it helps
