Every programming logic and functionality have been written in java8 standards, whether that was a predefined functionality or user defined functionality it was written in Java 8 standards only. As I already discussed in my first session, most of the code in Java 8 has been depended on Functional interfaces and lambda expression. If you are not trying to learn these FI's and lambda expressions, even you cannot understand the existing code in your project. If you are not in the position of understand the existing code, how can you develop your functionality which was assigned to you?
Even in the further releases of Java, maximum every functionality was depended on FI and lambda expressions. Almost every functionality Java has provided in the form of FI's. With this they have removed the boiler plate logic of Java. Almost ever functionality in the Java which is useful to programmer, Java 8 has provided in the form of predefined Functional Interfaces. If you don't know the Functional Interfaces and Lambda expressions, either you have to quit your job or you have to learn them to pursue your job.
I have split this session in to two parts because of having long explanation. Since we covered most of the examples, it took more time. That's why I spilt this session in to two parts.
