The output is :

['Legolas', 'Elrond', 'Galadriel', 'Arwen']

Example 2:

list = ["hello", "how", "are", "today"]
list.insert(3, "you")
print(list)

The out output of this python code is :

['hello', 'how', 'are', 'you', 'today']
