In this video tutorial I'll show you How to Create Editable Hatched Drop Shadow Text
Effect in Adobe Illustrator.
Hello Guys.
Welcome again,
In this tutorial we will create a text effect that can be edited, the text effect is Hatched Drop Shadow Text Effect. Hatched Drop Shadow Text is a text that has a drop shadow of oblique lines.
This Text Effect has the impression of vintage design and simple design. In this tutorial I made it into an editable text effect, so we can change text, font type and text size directly without changing the design effect.
There are three stages to create this text effect,
First we determine the text and font type that will be used, try to choose a simple font.
Then we create a text style through the Apperance Panel in Illustrator. To create a hatched drop shadow we use the feature Fill (Pattern) and Stroke and then apply the Transform Effect on it. The details can be seen on the video.
and the last one is to add a Background to the text and adjust the text color.
