Track Time Spent By User on Webpage Using JavaScript without Google Analytics
In this tutorial, we will be using PHP, MYSQL and AJAX to calculate time spent by a user or user's visit duration on a web page without using Google Analytics or any other external libraries.
Overview:
We will use javascript's onbeforeunload event to make an ajax call which will store time spent by a user on page in mysql database.
