Callback Functions:
Callback functions are a way to handle asynchronous operations in JavaScript.
They are used as a parameter to a function and are called once the asynchronous task is completed.
Often, callback functions are used in older APIs or libraries that follow a callback-based approach.
Callbacks can lead to "callback hell" or "pyramid of doom," where multiple nested callbacks make the code difficult to read and maintain.

Promises:
Promises were introduced as a more structured way to handle asynchronous operations.
A Promise is an object representing the eventual completion (or failure) of an asynchronous operation and its resulting value.
Promises allow chaining multiple asynchronous operations and handling errors in a more organized manner using then and catch methods.
Promises resolve into the final value once the asynchronous task is completed or rejected with an error if the task fails.

Async Functions:
async functions are a more modern way of handling asynchronous operations in JavaScript.
An async function is a function that always returns a Promise, which simplifies the use of Promises.
Inside an async function, you can use the await keyword to wait for the resolution of a Promise, making the code look more synchronous.
async functions make asynchronous code look cleaner and more similar to synchronous code.
