Minecraft - Java SE binary not responding [Possible fix!]

For people who have tried every video and "way" available out there and found no clear clarification for this error.
Sorry for acting a bit "rushed" and "forced" I was trying to get to the point and offer you guys help as fast as I could. I really hope I fixed the problem.

Just place your Minecraft.exe in some random folder with the batch file inside. Make sure you keep the name to "Minecraft" though without the quotes.
Q.A:
[Why did you have a "jre-7u25-windows-x64" in the folder? Does that help or something?]
A: Sadly, I did not mention that I had Windows 64-bit so I had to install the 64-bit Java. I was really going to say: "HYE GUYS MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT VERSION OF Java FOR YOUR SYSTEM!" but I didn't since I'm a failure and cried.
