PHP String Class 4: Insert characters - novice
Inserting a string into a string. Can't use `substr_replace` because of multibyte characters. Can't us `md_substr_replace` because it doesn't exist. Use `array_slice` instead.

These are unscripted, unrehearsed, mostly unedited, and with minimal prep-work. A more raw look at software development.
