For all those, who, just like me, couldn't get any help with disabling "SmartSense", or "Palm Detection", or whatever this useless feature is called, and control panel for it is simply missing.

GUIDE:
==================
= 1. Press Windows Button and R (Win+R)
= 2. Type "regedit" and press Enter
= 3. Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\TouchPad"
= 4. Double-click "PalmDetectConfig" and set its value to 0
= 5. Close regedit; open Windows Settings (Win+I)
= 6. Find "Touchpad" in search box, scroll up
= 7. Set tapping sensitivity to "Most Sensitive"
= 8. Reboot
==================

If this doesn't work for you, and you are sure that you really have a Synaptics touchpad, let me know in the comments.
