Trigger Scope - Basically this trigger scope will help to start/resume the action once it met the criteria.

File Change Trigger -

Example: You need to download a Appointment spreadsheet file and read it once it got downloaded in the desired path.

Let us assume due to network issue or more data file downloading taking more than the usually timing how do you handle it ? Using Delay or Re-trying for the download action ?

For you all problems trigger scope will be an better where it will monitor/check the desired folder, if any changes happened in the folder bot will understand that file got created, deleted, move etc.
