TUTORIAL: Scatter Plot
A scatter plot displays values for two variables within a dataset, with a line that best
fits the slope of the data. This tutorial demonstrates how to create a scatter plot using tranSMART v1.1's Dataset Explorer.
The example dataset used in this tutorial is a publicly available breast cancer study by Sorlie, GSE4382. The tutorial was created using the tranSMART User's Manual, v1.1.
