go to my computer , open 'C' folder go to Users folder and open your pc name filder and open app data folder open Local folder and open auto desk folder , go to 3ds max folder , open 3ds max virsion folder ( 2016- 64 bit) delete 'enu.old' folder and rename folder "ENU" to "enu.old"
