Project Static
Project Static was a test ran in 1976. The test consisted of exposing a subject to flashing lights and static noise through a series of photographs while the subject had an unknown apparatus attached to their brain. It is unknown what happened to the subject, but few recovered lab notes mentioned burns, tears in their skin and a visual static like effect on their skin. What happened to the facility is unknown, as is its location. I located this footage in an abandoned facility similar to the facility where Project Static took place. This facility however was never used for anything, as it was abandoned due to lack of funding shortly after it opened.
