Python GUI Video Editor for ITP 116 Final Project

SEE FINAL PROJECT PROPOSAL IN FOLDER
Notes for user:
User must download tkinter and moviepy before using program
(sudo) pip install moviepy
Can test changes on sample video provided (the countdown numbers in the video don't correspond exactly to the actual timing of the video)
User must import file and export location before clicking "Save" to proceed
Pressing the "Apply" button multiple times will apply the changes on the same clip (can stack effect applications)
