A guest lecture in the Bethesda Data Science Series:
Bethesda Data Science explores a captivating case study on Streamlit by Team MCH, a collaboration between MoCo Makers, DMV Petri Dish, and HacDC, who harnessed Streamlit's capabilities to win a biomedical hackathon. They tackled drug discovery for neurofibromatosis, a rare genetic disease, using rapid visualizations to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical team members.
Matthew Zamora, founder and Co-Organizer of MoCo Makers, is passionate about fostering a thriving tech and makerspace community in Montgomery County, Maryland. He is a senior developer for a local pharmaceutical company.
