How I Export WordPress Database from phpMyAdmin

Besides manually backing up the whole file of WP site, I also export WordPress database from phpMyAdmin to make sure that I do have it.

I also use the automatic plugin backup, but whenever I change or modify some crucial files or plugin, I do export the database manually.
