Valve Source Code 2013 Tutorial (Episode 31.5): Compiling The Gamepad UI Code On Linux
Hello everyone and welcome to a new (probably short) series of videos I do involving the source code from Valve for Half-Life 2, and some guides on how to do stuff with this code. In this episode, I followup on the Gamepad UI tutorial I did earlier in 2025 by outlining how to compile this code on Linux. I don't go over everything that is required, as I plan on doing a separate video about the setup in the near future. I also talk about a weird issue that I experienced with the Source 2013 Singleplayer tool on Linux, which I also plan on doing a video about soon!
