A fixed, or sticky navigation menu is when you apply the position:fixed CSS value on a navigation menu to make it stick to the top of the browser's chrome. This technique insures that the navigation menu is always visible of how low the visit is down a page.

To implement the sticky navigation menu you need to have at least a basic understanding of Javascript and selecting elements with jQuery, as well as working knowledge of HTML and CSS, specifically CSS positioning.
