arange() is a array creation subroutine which creates an array of values within a range and evenly spaced and returns a reference to the array created. arange() accepts start,end,step and dtype as parameters. If step is omitted 1 is assumed as default step value. If start is omitted 0 assumed as default start value. The array created using arange() function can be shaped into any form by setting values of shape attribute of the array.
