Python string data type is the most popular and used data type in the language. The python interpreter considers all the characters inside double or single quotes as strings. Strings can be read and manipulated after storing it in a variable. All such operations are explained in this video.

A python string is an array of bytes which contains unicode characters. Various operations like, concatenation, update, strip, split, finding length, replace, slicing, positive and negative indexing and many other operations can be performed on strings. It is extremely important to understand and remember the operations that can be performed on strings, because they become extremely powerful tools during web development and also other domains like automation and testing.

Beginners must pay complete attention and practise to become absolutely comfortable. And this video can help experience developers to brush up all their concepts.
