Create a Meme Generator_Sample Output
ASSIGNMENT: Meme Generator
Your assignment is to create a “Meme-Generator” where the user:
a. Selects from a list of images (At least 3)
b. Inserts Text at the top portion of the image
c. Inserts Text at the bottom portion of the image
d. The functions you need from the turtle library for this assignment are listed below, refer to the turtle documentation to deduce how to use each of the functions.

Note: For this assignment use the Thonny IDE. REPL does not allow resource files (such as an image) to be accessed by Python.
