Image Distortion Effect (React JS)
Hey guys this is a simple video shows image distortion effect in React Js. I am using a library called hover-effect. It's very easy. Select two images that you want to show and an overlay image. Overlay image should be in grayscale for best output. Then pass in the values inside hoverEffect component.
