nbdev's not easy to grok. I'm finally putting it all together with a brand new repo that I nbdev_new into, creating the necessary files, update the 3 files that need changing: 00_core.ipynb, index.ipynb and settings.ini.

After that, I run nbdev_build_lib and nbdev_build_docs and see all the generated files. Next I add a few of the files to the git repo. I conclude by running assert tests, nbdev_test_nbs, doing a git commit and push.
