Python’s for statement iterates over the items of any sequence, in the order that they appear in the sequence. Unlike other programming languages, it works as an iterator. In this video we will use a for loop to iterate over a list of fruits. We will see how to break and continue within the loop as well as use other techniques within a for loop.

and integrate systems more effectively. Python can be easy to pick up whether you're a first time programmer or you're experienced with other languages.
