Python Basics - Data Types | Part 1
Python data types classify the category of value stored in a variable, defining what kind of operations can be safely performed on it.
Since Python is a dynamically typed language, you do not need to explicitly declare data types when creating a variable; the interpreter automatically infers the correct type at runtime based on the value assigned.
Numeric Data Types: int, float, double, complex
int - integers
float - decimals upto 6-7 decimals. eg - 3.14
double - decimals upto 15-16 decimals. eg - 3.141592653589793 (double is not a built-in data type in Python)
complex - pair of real and imaginary numbers. eg - 3 + 4j
Boolean Data Types: Boolean data types are used for logical operations and only have two values True and False.
None Data Type: None Data Type defines a null value or the complete absence of a value.
Common Use Cases: Variable Initialization, Default Function Return, Missing Data Representation
