how to make working neumorphic clock UI design Using Pure CSS Only and no javascript.
create a neumorpic analog clock design using pure html and css only.
notice:
60 seconds = 1 minute.
60 seconds x 60 seconds = 3600 seconds which is equal to 1 hour ( 86400 seconds a day for 24 hours ).
the clock only starts at 12 when page loaded,
and does not work dynamically.
this video is just a experiment with css animation.
this clock is not very accurate...
