Based on recommendations from @Fred and @Daikokuten from the forums at buzztouch.com, I decided to check out the Eclipse Keytool Plugin. Turns out it's a super useful plugin for creating keystores, managing them, and extracting information like the MD5 signature, which is used for creating your Google Maps API key for use in Android apps. This video goes over the plugin installation and use.
