This application is used to manage the queue in the educational institutions. Service providers will use this application to provide proper services to students (customers). This application works at the particular university region where it is set by the service providers. If Students enter into the region, they will get some alert messages and they can choose the desired services and get the tickets by using this application.
Ticket Queue Management System to Automate the long standing queues in universities
There are two modules in this application
• The service provider
• The user
Service provider:
Service provider will provide services to the students (customers) to access the list of services. Service provider restricts the services with limiting area. Therefore the students can access the services within the university campus.
The user:
The user can access the list of services provided by the service providers. The student must be on the university region to access these services because it operates within a particular region. By this the queue can be managed easily without any complications to the users.
Features
1. User can choose single service at the time.
2. Current serving ticket can be viewed easily.
3. User may choose another service after successfully completed the ticket.
4. App will send the automatic notification alert to the user about their turn.
Technology used: This application is developed by using Android studio and Firebase.
