It's called Tastypixel_autoControls, your new best friend for creating pro rig controllers in Maya without the usual clicking chaos.

• Optional create or remove constraints (Point, Orient, Parent, Scale, Aim with Maintain Offset)
• Color assignment (with real-time preview either now or later)
• Use your own custom shape as a base template.
