Windows 10 notification with Python using win10toast
'win10toast' is an 3rd-party python tool for making windows notifications. It only works in Windows 10. Not lower version of windows or other OS. Here "pip install win10toast" command applied. Output says that requirements are satisfied. It caused because 'win10toast' is in my cache. If it is not in your cache 'win10toast' will get downloaded and get installed.
