The outline of this lecture includes:
(1) Google Colaboartory about why uses Colab for writing machine learning algorithms, how to start Colab, and how to write the first Colab program.
(2) Basic image processing about what is OpenCV and how to write the programs for loading an image from a file and accessing image values, respectively.
