hi guys, today we are going to solve this error with wordpress
the specific error that is causing our wordpress to crash is. fatal error, uncaught error. call to undefined function
To solve this error, we are going to troubleshoot by enabling debugging on wordpress
First head to cpanel ,or whatever software you are using to manage your webhosting
I'm using directadmin, if you are using cpanel or something else.. do not worry.. the fundamental solution is the same
click control-F and look for PHP keyword, this should be similar across all softwares
You should be able to find something similar

Look for PHp version . or something similar
the reasons the error happened is due to conflict of latest PHP version with old wordpress code
we need to backdate the PHP version. so the wordpress code can work with the php again
we can downgrade each version and click apply to check if our wordpress is compatible
our wordpress is now working
