CSS image hover effect using HTML and CSS
In this tutorial, we will be going to create a CSS image hover effect. In which when you hover on the image rotates vertically and the description text will appear and there will be a slite of difference between description text and the backside of the image. Which will give you a nice and clean effect and looks very attractive too.
