Basic Data Type: String, Number & boolean | JavaScript Tutorial

In javascript, the most commonly used data types are String, Number & boolean. So understanding each and every property is very important of these data types is essential for a developer.

The String type represents textual data and is encoded as a sequence of 16-bit unsigned integer values representing UTF-16 code units.

The number is a primitive wrapper object used to represent and manipulate numbers like 37 or -9.25.

The Boolean object represents a truth value: true or false. Description. Boolean primitives and Boolean objects.
