Hey guys, all of us use IDE for coding in java but it is important to know how to run using command prompt also.
Also, for executing java code it is important to download and install JDK (Java Development Kit).
It is a set of libraries and tools needed to execute any java code.
It consists of JRE(Java runtime environment) and standard libraries and tools such as javac.
So go ahead and watch this tutorial for the same.
Step 1 - Install JDK
1) Download JDK from https://www.oracle.com/java/technolog.... Select the required version and OS and sign in to download.
2) Once the application is downloaded open it.
3) Follow steps of installation by clicking the next button and JDK will be successfully installed in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_241\bin\.
4) Open system environment variables and go to edit the 'path' variable.
5) At the end of path variable paste the above path after a semicolon(C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_241\bin)
6) Don't remove anything from path variable just add the JDK path after the semicolon
