gated-commit with git pre-commit
Having used the gated-checkin feature in such Centralized Version Control Systems as the Microsoft's Team Foundation Server, I was looking for a way to implement gated checkin (or more appropriately gated-commit, if you will) in the git DVCS which we all love and use these days. Through this presentation, I'd like to show how we can have the gated-checkin implemented in our local git repositories
