Adding The Folder to path:
Open the search menu and type in 'edit the system environment variables'. Open it. When it is open you should see an option at the bottom called 'Environment Variables'. Click it. Then again at the bottom you should see 'System Variables'. Under 'System Variables' you should see and option called 'path'. Double click it. Click New at the top and add the path to the file. After typing it click Ok.
