[00:00:00] Hello, this is Pete with YourTechDad.com. We're looking at the Gohighlevel CRM, and this particular portion of the map we're talking about the control panel.

[00:00:10] If you would like a copy of this map that you can follow along on have on your desktop, just go to the description of this video and go to the download link, and of course, it's free of charge.

[00:00:21] And you'd be able to follow along from your own computer with ease. I always have hated going to watch a video and trying to figure out where it is they're going.

[00:00:29] Now, you can actually follow all this training, which I think is gonna be wonderful for you.

[00:00:33] Now, moving forward I've already talked about in the intro video to Gohighlevel. As well as in the pricing that Gohighlevel is totally focused on scaling.

[00:00:44] And with that, their primary customer are in fact agencies or people or companies looking to help lots of other companies get on their platform, which makes sense if they want to grow. That needs to be their primary focus when you use their control panel.

[00:01:02] That is very relevant. You'll be able to tell that is their focus. And so if you are a solo entrepreneur or just looking to set up, Gohighlevel for yourself, just be rest assured that you're only gonna learn about half of what's on there.

[00:01:19] You're touch on the agency stuff initially when you do some setup, and won't be there again for quite some time and you'll be able to leave it and set it and forget it.

[00:01:30] The sub-account section really is each individual business , and so in your case with a $97 subscription, you're gonna be able to have one company, and that one company will have 29 different menu items on the control panel as of the recording of this video, where you can go to and do different types of tasks.

[00:01:51] So realize that for the most part, you're gonna only need to learn about half of what's actually on the control panel, if in fact [00:02:00] you're trying to run it just for yourself.

[00:02:02] Now, for those that are watching this, that are considering running an agency, the control panel with the way it's set up is beautiful and seamless.

[00:02:11] You can pop into any one of your customer's accounts, see what it is. The problem is fix it and get out. No extra logins, usernames, or passwords required, beautiful.

[00:02:22] So that's why it's set up the way it is. There's a lot to learn at first, in my opinion. It takes a little bit getting used to, but once you're used to where everything is placed like it an incredible system and I'm sure you're gonna appreciate it.

[00:02:38] Now, the one thing I wanna cover off on this video that's really important and relevant to my primary group of people is those that are running businesses for themselves and not trying to run it for others is the view recent activity section, where you can see everything that's gone on, which is extremely helpful.

[00:02:58] In business you can have other people doing things for you in the control panel, and there could come a time where you're wondering if what it is you asked them to do actually got done, or not.

[00:03:10] And it's going to the recent activities that you're gonna find out if that's been done, you can see a complete log of everything that transpired. It's extremely helpful. Or in the other case, you could be just running it all by yourself, get distracted, possibly have to take a call, or maybe it's a day or two goes by and you realize you're gonna get back to something.

[00:03:31] Where did you leave off? What got done and what did get done. You can tell by going to the recent activities log and identifying where you actually left off versus where you intended to. So that's really what I wanna cover off on this video. It's just shy of five minutes and I appreciate you sticking with me.

[00:03:51] I haven't even given you any screenshots. I don't wanna overwhelm you. I want you to be able to understand that the control panel is broken down into these [00:04:00] different sections and that alone, Make it a lot easier as you move forward through the training. The last item is the need help section.

[00:04:10] If I click on the need help within the control panel, it's got a welcome course. It's got the help center. It's got an invitation to the Facebook group. It allows you to know about events that are coming up, live events, and any kind of announcements that are relevant to the platform and changes being made, those links are there.
