Working with string is a foundational part of programming. We will look at how Python stores strings in RAM, then how we can use the len( ) method to discover the length of the string (number of characters), and how to use the ranges of characters to extract a substring from a string. This video concludes with using the find( ) method to search for a substring in a string.
