When dealing with large data sets in Mongo DB or when you encounter "MongoServerError: Error in $cursor stage :: caused by :: Sort exceeded memory limit of 104857600 bytes, but did not opt in to external sorting. Aborting operation. Pass allowDiskUse:true to opt in.", one of the ways you can improve performance or avoid that error is to create an index with "createIndex".
