Adding versions to projects in Jira using Python

Almost the same like adding components to multiple projects, the case is also for the versions. The script checks for existing components, prints out if the versions that you are adding from the list exist, if not, they are created.

The script also checks the status of fetching the projects - in the documentation the GET method was deprecated but it does fetch all of the projects.
